Digital Marketing Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on lead generation to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to email marketing, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), and content marketing.

2. Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and increase conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.

3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for lead generation.

4. Create and manage engaging content for various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media accounts, and email newsletters, with a focus on lead nurturing and conversion.

5. Utilize data analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and creative, to align lead generation strategies with overall business objectives.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and lead generation, and propose innovative ideas to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or engineering.

2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on lead generation.

3. Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and strategies, including email marketing, social media advertising, SEO/SEM, content marketing, etc.

4. Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track and manage leads throughout the sales funnel.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that drives lead engagement.

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

7. Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

8. Experience in B2B lead generation is preferred.
